	Scott Tornek Co-President and C.E.O Scott Tornek shared his wife's vision for the development of specialized programming for children, and joined the company soon after its founding. Mr. Tornek's experience in film and television production, combined with his writing and business experience, has been instrumental in developing the highly successful products at So Smart! Productions. 	Matthew Tornek Creative Director Matthew Tornek, age 10, precedes his reputation as a prodigious creator in both the arts and crafts. His favorite mediums have evolved from fingerpaints and popsicle sticks, to interconnecting structural plastics and the graphic novel. Matthew has passion for animated media, using his knowledge of both classic and current kids' shows to render insightful direction on the current projects here at So Smart! Productions. Professionally, however, he hopes to move So Smart! away from "...all that baby stuff..." and into programming for boys ages 10-13. His future plans include playing in an NCAA lacrosse tournament, getting along with his little sister, and brushing his teeth before bedtime.
	Kaely Tornek Operations Director Kaely Tornek, age 5, runs the daily operations at So Smart! Productions. Her duties include any office project that combines tape, scissors, copy paper and highlighter markers, as well as keeping her dog Henry clean using fresh, spring water from our office water cooler. Many believe the foundation for her executive skills are rooted in her management experience at home: caring for an ever-growing family of animals (mostly stuffed bears and monkeys, as well as some human dolls); and organizing her collections of seashells, soaps, and her brother's baseball cards. Her future plans will focus on housing a diverse array of live animals, such as insects, birds, dogs, cats and possibly a baby gorilla. Over time, she hopes to attend veterinary school.
	Henry Tornek Head of Security Henry Tornek, age 1 (7 in dog years), joined So Smart! Productions this past year as Security Trainee, and quickly moved up the ranks after completing his office training. Henry spends his days patrolling the premises, and works nights and weekends as well, personally guarding the company's executive team wherever they go. These long, merciless hours require extended periods of sleeping on the job, but even in this state Henry is actually hard at work. His future plans include outdoor security detail, where, Henry warns, rabbits and squirrels are a constant threat.
